Outsiders Guesthouse was built in the late 1800s and recently renovated into four beautiful suites. Historical elements are evident in the wide-planked wood floors and rough-hewn beams. The yard includes a fire pit for s’mores or stargazing after a day of fun in the Catskills. Our property boasts plenty of onsite parking in our connected parking lot. Get away from it all, but stay close to it all in one of our comfortable and convenient suites!

Outsiders Guesthouse is conveniently located off Route 28 in Arkville, just minutes from Margaretville. We are only a 15 min drive to Roxbury! Walkable destinations include the Union Grove Distillery, Arkville Bread & Breakfast, Brother’s Pizza, Delaware & Ulster Railroad, Just Shop Boutique, and the Catskill Recreation Center. Bring your vehicle or take the Trailways bus from NYC. There are several ski slopes in the area(10 min. to Belleayre, 20 min. to Plattekill), as well as golfing, shopping, farmer’s markets, restaurants, wedding venues, and all the outdoor adventures the Catskills have to offer!
